It all started with a panic attack and a desire to compose and record my very own songs whenever I wanted. There was a certain melody or idea for a song continuely going "on repeat" in my head. This usually happened when I was at work and being not even close to some sort of instrument or porta recorder. I didn't even have a guitar anymore (my dear ivory white Fender Squire from the glorious Furbowl days ended up at the pawnshop in Växjö along with my dear LAB amp back in 2001) which made the situation a bit frustrating. I recall humming the tunes and record it as voice notes in my cell phone - that was the best I could do at the time.

A decision was made to invest in the equipment most needed to be able to compose and record music at home. Said and done I went to the closest music store and ended up with both software as well as "hardware". My choice as for the studio part of it all fell upon Cubase SE2 with the MI2 media interface along with it. Then to create flexible and somewhat "natural" drumpatterns a pure midi keyboard. Last but not least, there it was: my cherry red Epiphone "Les Paul" guitar! My tiny apartment was literally filled to the brim with music...

After days and nights of going through manuals, experimenting with various sounds and theories, numerous re-startings of the computer - it all of a sudden started to take shape. Even though the main intention never was to start a new project/band, I felt that this was truly my own music. It's my very own creation where I am in charge of things from start to end. And it's become more personal and precious than any other band I was ever part of. This is why the songs are not available for download - only for listening.
